Morie Mullenax
Founder &Â Lead Instructor
Morie has been working in technical rope rescue and rope access since 2011. His path into the industry started with a love of climbing and rivers. After years of guiding river trips, he moved into technical rope access and rescue, seeking out some of the best in the field and learning through extensive mentorship and training. His roots in Search and Rescue shaped a simple belief that still guides Redpoint today: you don't truly know a skill until you can rely on it when things get complicated. That mindset still shapes the way he teaches, works, and approaches every new challenge: stay curious, keep learning, and be ready to figure things out when the answer isn't obvious. Morie still spends as much time as he can in the mountains, climbing, riding his mountain bike, and exploring new terrain. He loves discovering new countries and cultures, drawn to places that offer adventure.
